As a legal taxi service we are required to check in with the airport authorities in order to be able to collect clients from the airports and for this reason we request certain information from our clients not only to comply with the airport authorities but also to ensure an efficient and reliable service to our customers.
Airport bookings are always checked and double checked to ensure that our customers are collected or delivered on time.
Our drivers wait for passengers at the arrivals doors holding a sign with their name on, as arranged. The fare is payable in cash to the driver on arrival at your destination.
For airport collections we always request the following information:
- Date and time of arrival
- Airport of origin and arrival
- Flight number
- Lead name of passengers (for name sign)
- Destination address in resort
- Where possible a mobile contact number in case of emergencies
